1) I reserve the right to refuse service to any individual.
2) Membership is granted upon you agreeing with the terms of use stated. Anyone who is found violating any of my terms of use will be immediately removed and no refunds will be given.
3)When you join, there will be logos available in the members area that you must display somewhere on your site, either in your memberships page, or on your main page. If you don't have a site yet, you must add a logo once you do.
If your membership expires, you must continue to display my logo as long as you are using my outlines. Please link your logo back to - www.readymadepixels.com
4) My outlines are not to be taken off my site and offered on any site, email group, or passed around in any form. The outlines must be colored in before they are offered on your site or distributed any other way.
5) By joining my membership you are purchasing a license to use my line art, but the original graphic to the line art belongs to me. So, you cannot claim copyright to the originality of the line art, I own the copyright to them all.
6) Any graphic you create using my line art are yours to do with as you please. Yes, you can put them in your members area, sell them, do what ever you want. You made them, therefore they are yours.
7) Any members found bad mouthing my site or abusing anything found in the members area will be found immediately removed with no refund.
8) You are not allowed to share your username and password with anyone, doing so will get you banned. I can check the ISP to see if this is happening, if this does happen, then your membership will be ended and your IP will be blocked.
9) I give no refunds on my memberships for any reason.
10) All the line art that I offer in my members area - you are welcome to create tutorials, tubes, websets, craft projects, digitize and anything else you can think of. If you decide to use my line art for tutorials, they only can be used in a members only area. The only thing I ask with using anything in our members area is just to put our logo on your webpage, it can be in a membership link page, or on your front page.
11) Graphics I offer here -- You may not re-color any graphics offered here. cropping and resizing is ok.
- You can make sig tags for personal use or for profit.
- You can use my graphics for making webset layouts, or Stationary/IM letters for personal use or profit. If you do use my graphics for web layouts, Stationary, IM letters - Please put a credit somewere on there. (exaple - some graphics (c) Ready Made Pixels).
- You may not add any of my graphics in any Graphic/Tube collections, or any collections for downloading or for free or profit.
- You may not share my graphics in any e-group or mailing list. If somebody wants one of my graphics you can give them a link to my site.
- You may not claim any of my graphics as your own. But what you make from them is your - creation as long as you don't state that the graphic was made by you.
- You may use my graphics for -- crafts, candy wrappers, digitizing, scrapbooking, ect.. Make sure proper credit is given when using my graphics. (Example -- Some Graphics (c) Ready Made Pixels)
- You may not make outlines, or tutorials from my graphics.
1 2) Websets -- My webset layouts that I offer are not to be freely passed around, whether for free or profit.
- The credits on the web layouts may not be changed, they may not be removed.
- The graphics may not be swapped out for your graphics. If you want something different, let me know. The only thing you may do is add Text to the Header.
- These websets are only to be used on your personal or commercial site. If you have a client or friend who would like to have a webset, they must have a membership here or purchase one of our websets.
13) No mass producing -- what I mean by this is - If you are someone creating these out of your home and selling them on the Internet or locally, that is perfectly fine. I am not setting any limit to how many you can sell. Just if you are a company or corporation and want to use my outlines, or graphics commercially, please contact me first to discuss option.
14) You can use my outlines, and graphics, for personal, and profit as long as you are a member of my site. Once you are no longer a member of my site you cannot make a profit from my outlines, and graphics, or anything found in the members area, but you can continue to use what you have saved for personal use as long as you give me credit.
